It’s troubling to see this video knowing that the San Francisco Richmond district is considered one of the city’s safe and quiet areas. But now, it has become the place of this attack. Both women who were attacked were Asian, and they were just walking when they were attacked by this man wearing a hood. The woman was punched repeatedly, and it was crazy and troubling.
